FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of pipe joints with conical elongated thread of triangular profile for tubing strings and casing pipes intended for production of oil and gas, and also for wells fixation. Joint comprises male element (pipe), having according external conical thread of triangular profile of extended length L at the end with a permanent angle of inclination å of cone generatrix in grooves of thread turns along its whole length (without runout), and cylindrical channel behind thread arranged at a distance to end of pipe, which also serves as indicator of relative position of pipe and coupling. Threaded end of pipe enters coupling without rotation at least for six turns from its end, and inner lead-in face is chiseled at coupling end at the angle of () 65-70 to coupling end. Values of pipe thread length and diametre along channel bottom are determined using formulas. ^ EFFECT: invention increases reliability of pipe threaded joint. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
