The chain or belt tensioning roller or winder device is provided with a rolling bearing 14 comprising an inner ring 30, an outer ring 32 and at least one row of rolling elements 34 mounted between the rings, with a pulley 12 overmoulded onto the outer ring and with a fixing screw 18 axially immobilized with respect to the rolling bearing. The device comprises a sleeve 16 overmoulded inside the bore of the inner ring and provided with a through-bore 16d for mounting the fixing screw 18. The sleeve is provided with means of axially retaining the fixing screw 18 inside the through-bore of the sleeve 16. |
