<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously secure both of the reliability of a joined state of an insulating material and a conductor pin and the safety of a living body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A joined body is obtained by joining a ceramic body and a metal body, and includes a metallized layer containing Pt as a main component and Ti, which is provided on the surface of the ceramic body, and a metal brazing material containing Au as a main component, which is provided on the metallized layer.
