<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress black subducting from occurring, even at photographing under a long-time exposure mode or a high-sensitivity mode, and to suppress a phenomenon, where a screen becomes depressed in black in a band shape from occurring, even if a black reference part is irradiated with a high-luminance incident light. Ž<P>SOLUTION: As a black reference part, there are provided a plurality of first black reference parts 101, including dark current charge from a pixel part 104 and a second black reference part 102, which does not include dark current charge from a pixel part 105. By having arithmetic operations performed, while the second black reference part 102 and the first black reference part 101 which is not irradiated with high-luminance incidental light are calculated, while suppressing the occurrence of black subduction during photographing, and using a digital still camera or the like, under a long-time exposure mode or a high-sensitivity mode, the imaging plane can be suppressed from becoming depressed, when photographing is performed, in a state where the imaging plane is irradiated with a high-luminance incident light.
