PURPOSE: A ceiling material with a soundproof function and sound absorption function is provided to reduce resonance, vibration, and sound by forming multiple slit spaces in a synthetic resin sheet. CONSTITUTION: A ceiling material with a soundproof function and sound absorption function comprises an upper layer(110), lower layers(120), and a finishing part(130). The upper layer is composed of a synthetic resin sheet with multiple slit spaces. The lower layers are adhered to the bottom of the upper layer. Multiple vertical holes(122) are formed in the lower layers. The finishing part is composed of a metal plate, and both ends of the finishing part are bent to cover the upper and lower layers.
