<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion conductive electrolyte and a secondary battery using the same with excellent ionic conductivity realized. <P>SOLUTION: The ion conductive electrolyte includes a polymer synthesized by including salt monomer structured of onium cation having a polymerizing functional group and organic anion having a polymerizing functional group, lithium salt, and room temperature molten salt. The room temperature molten salt contains an anion component with a fluorosulfonyl group.
