PURPOSE: A rectangular secondary cell is provided to perform certain welding with lower welding current, and to ensure little generation of internal short caused by dust generated by a sputter. CONSTITUTION: A rectangular secondary cell comprises a flat electrode body(10) protruding in the state where a plurality of first electrode cores and second electrode cores are overlapped; and a first current collecting plate which is arranged at one side parallel to a laminated side of the flat electrode core body as a first electrode core aggregation zone(11c,12c) protruding in the state where a plurality of first electrode cores are overlapped. |
