<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop material-feeding device flexibly applicable to the change of the shape of a belt loop by one device alone, and capable of forming belt loops of various shapes. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A rotationally driving mechanism (two rotary actuators) 26 can rotate a fork member 25 forward/backward from the initial position as a reference for the direction of rotation. A control means 17 rotates the fork member 25 forward or backward in one direction from the initial position if one end 20a of a loop material 20 is folded, and rotates the fork member 25 forward or backward in the other direction from the initial position if the other end 20b of the loop material 20 is folded when the loop material 20 is sewn to a body 21 to be sewn according to the shape of the U-shaped folding of the ends 20a and 20b of the loop material 20.
