摘要 PURPOSE: Sliced rice cake and rice cake for stir-fried rice cake containing chicken foot powder, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the abundant amount of collagen of chicken feet. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of sliced rice cake and rice cake for stir-fried rice cake comprises the following steps: mixing 87-93wt% of wet rice cake flour, 4-10wt% of chicken foot powder without bones and fat, 1.5wt% of salt, and 1.5wt% of sugar; steaming the mixture in a rice cake steamer for 15-20 minutes using steam at the temperature higher than 90 deg C; and extrude-molding the obtained rice cake into various diameter and length.
