PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue high-speed printing without adding a dummy blank page for printing as a last page for one-sided printing when performing a high-speed continuous printing in a parallel movement in which double-sided printing and one-sided printing are mixed in such a case as to process a plurality of number of copies having a blank page on the last page because of the number of printing pages being odd in an image forming device and an image control method with double-sided printing enabled. SOLUTION: The image forming device performs printing in the following order. When printing is performed on an order of a plurality of jobs continuously received for a first double-sided printing, for one-side printing in between, followed by for a second double-sided printing, one face of the sheet of the first double-sided printing, one face of the sheet of the second double-sided printing, the other face of the sheet of the first double-sided printing, one face of the sheet of one-sided printing in between and the other face of the sheet of the second double-sided printing are sequentially printed.
