<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method and program for service evaluation, enabling a service operator to obtain improvement points of a service used by a service user. <P>SOLUTION: In an IT system 2 which provides the service to the service user, a service evaluation system 2a evaluates the service using IT property 2b-2e operated by the service operator. The service evaluation system 2a includes a log acquisition section 21 for acquiring log data of the IT property 2b-2e from a log data storage section 2f; an interpretation data storage section 22 for storing interpretation condition data, indicative of a criterion for interpreting the log data, and interpretation result data, indicative of a service use state by the service user, which is associated with the interpretation condition data; and a log evaluation section 23 for extracting and outputting the interpretation result data stored in the interpretation data storage section 22, when the interpretation condition data satisfies the criterion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
