摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflector type dimming thin film material and a reflector type dimming member using a magnesium-zircalloy thin film. <P>SOLUTION: The reflector type dimming thin film material comprising multilayer thin films using a magnesium-zircalloy thin film as a dimming layer has a structure in which a catalytic layer is formed on the surface of the magnesium-zircalloy thin film as a dimming layer, or a structure in which a protective layer is formed on the catalytic layer. The reflector type dimming thin film material has chromic characteristics in which it changes into a clear and colorless state by hydrogenation at a room temperature of around 20°C, and chromic characteristics in which it changes into a mirror state by dehydrogenation at a room temperature of around 20°C. The reflector type dimming thin film material is formed on the surface of a transparent member as a dimming part. A reflector type dimming thin film material and a reflector type dimming member using a magnesium-zircalloy thin film which are colorless and have excellent reflector type dimming characteristics when they are transparent are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
