<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production device for a non-contact IC card allowing smooth carriage between each pair of heating rollers, and equalizing a thickness. <P>SOLUTION: This production device for the non-contact IC card has at least two pairs of heating rollers 27 pinching an IC card laminate body, melting a first hot-melt layer and a second hot-melt layer to bond an inlet sheet, and a front face side base material and a rear face side base material, and disposed at a prescribed interval. A plurality of strip-like reception guides 34 disposed below the carried IC card laminate body are provided in a width direction, between each pair of the heating rollers 27.
