SOLUTION: The intermediate transfer belt is an electrophotographic intermediate transfer belt having an inner layer and outer layer. The inner layer is a polyether ether ketone resin composition made of polyether ether ketone resin whose complex shear viscosity at 380°C is ≥2×103Pa s and a conductive filler.
