<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the diameter of an aperture without forming a flare part, in relation to an aperture antenna. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The aperture antenna includes an outer conductor with substantially fixed inner diameter; and an inner conductor receding from an aperture of the outer conductor in a direction of electromagnetic radiation. By receding the end of the internal conductor relative to the opening of the outer conductor, impedance can be matched without forming a flare part.
