PURPOSE: A multilayer condenser is provided to reduce the size by arranging a first internal electrode and a second internal electrode on the same dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION: An element(10) is comprised of a plurality of dielectric layers. First and second terminal electrodes are arranged on the external surface of the element. First and second connection electrodes are arranged on the external surface of the element. First and second internal electrodes(12A,12B) are arranged inside the element. The first internal electrode has a first terminal electrode connection unit and a first connection electrode connection unit. The second internal electrode has a second terminal electrode connection unit and a second connection electrode connection unit. The first internal electrode has a first terminal region and a first opposite region. The second internal electrode has a second terminal region and a second opposite region.
