PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction panel with loudspeaker function usable in the same manner as general construction panels, usable also as a loudspeaker, and having excellent aesthetic appearance and construction efficiency. SOLUTION: Storage holes 5 opened forward are formed in a substrate 1. The opening edge of the front end 5b of the storage hole 5 is enlarged more than that of the rear end 5a thereof to form a step 4. A diaphragm 2 is disposed at the front end 5b of the storage hole 5 formed stepwise in such a manner as to close the opening of the storage hole 5.
