PURPOSE: A foldable handrail of the loading case of a cargo truck is provided to maximize convenience and safety in loading cargo by providing a foldable handrail as needed with a gate-type cargo truck loading case. CONSTITUTION: A foldable handrail(10) of the loading case of a cargo truck consists of as follows. One end of a variable column(1) is installed at the upper frame of both walls of the cargo truck loading case(100) pivotably with a hinge(11). A horizontal bar(2) is installed at the upper end of the variable column pivotably with a hinge(23). In order that the column is easily foldable and stably built on the upper frame of both walls, a mounting groove is formed at the tail of the lower part of the column. The horizontal bar surrounds the upper part of the column and is connected with a hinge.
