PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate reference of an image when a fraud occurs and provide images facilitating the acquisition of the content of the fraud to be monitored. SOLUTION: A member management T/C 70 stores event contents, event occurrence times and machine numbers as event histories, receives a selection of an event history from the stored event histories, and notifies a camera server 100, the received event history and also event histories included in a predetermined number of events before/after the event occurrence time. The camera server 100 stores a storage location of premises machines and moving images obtained by taking their surroundings associated with each other for every machine number, specifies respective moving images of the storage locations corresponding to the machine numbers of the event history group having been notified of as the moving images of reproduced objects, out of the storage locations of the stored moving images, reproduces the event moving image, or the specified event moving image being the moving image in a reproducing section including the event occurrence time having been notified of as the event history and reproduces the event history superposed with the event moving image.
