<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified method of manufacturing an organic EL element by providing a simplified method of manufacturing the electrode of the organic EL element without depending on a high vacuum thin film-forming technology such as a vapor deposition or sputtering method where there are problems that a film forming rate is low and production cost is high; and to provide electronic equipment using the organic EL element as a light source. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An organic device includes at least one organic material layer between two or more electrodes. The organic device is inexpensively and easily manufactured by arranging at least one electrode on the organic material layer in a solid and flat condition, and softening and bonding it for forming.
