METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LIGHT MODULATED OBJECT USING VACUUM HOT PRESS AND LIGHT MODULATED OBJECT PREPARED BY THE SAME

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an optical modulation object using the vacuum hot press and optical modulation object manufactured thereby improves the optical modulation efficiency and bonding capacity by eliminating the bubble within the laminated film. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate layer including the birefringence suede(31) is manufactured. The lamination sheet is manufactured by laminating material in the single-side or both sides of the intermediate layer. It is pressurized in the vacuum condition since the lamination sheet uses the vacuum hot press equipment. The birefringence system side is formed inside the birefringence suede. The birefringence suede comprises the drawing part of anisotropy and anatomy of isotropy.
