<p>PURPOSE: A soft hot rolled steel sheet with a superior deep-drawability and a manufacturing method are provided to improve an elongation ratio by adding titanium, niobium, and molybdenum. CONSTITUTION: A steel slab is re-heated at a temperature of Ac3 point for 1~2 hours. The steel slab is finish-rolled under a temperature of the Ac3 and is wound at 650~750°C. The steel slab comprises carbon 0.005~0.01 weight%, nitrogen 0.005~0.01 weight%, sulfur 0.01 weight%, manganese 0.15 weight%, phosphorus 0.01 weight%, aluminum 0.01~0.06 weight%, molybdenum 0.01~0.02 weight%, titanium 0.02~0.07 weight%, niobium 0.01~0.05 weight%, other impurity element 0.08 weight%, and the rest composed of iron or inevitable impurity.</p> |
