PURPOSE: A noise/vibration diagnostic apparatus for a vehicle and an operating method thereof are provided to objectively enable a car maintenance process by guiding whether to replace a specific part. CONSTITUTION: A noise/vibration diagnostic apparatus for a vehicle comprises a display part(200), a key input part, an LED(30), a power connector(40), an SD card slot(50) and an USB connector(60). The display part is positioned at the center of the main body. The key input part is located at a fixed position of the main body. The LED is located on the fixed position around the key input part. The power connector is positioned on the side and receives external power supply. The SD card slot is located on the side and mounts a movable storage device. The USB connector allows the connection of the USB cable.
