PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dynamically control the power consumption of a command buffer entry while keeping a performance balance.

SOLUTION: A command control circuit includes: a plurality of command buffers having a plurality of entries, respectively; a time keeping part for keeping a time of a buf-full time when all the entries by command buffers are in use; a time analysis part for calculating the number of entries after reduction on the basis of the buf-full time; and a control unit for controlling the stop or reduction of the power consumption of each of the plurality of entries on the basis of the number of entries after reduction.
