<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print system for conferencing and the like without any waste of printing and free from leakage of information about the conference through printed data, even when the schedule of the conference is changed or canceled just before the conference is held. <P>SOLUTION: The print system for conferencing includes a plurality of printing apparatuses 10A, 10B each arranged at a plurality of conference locations and respectively connected through a network 40, registering means 13A, 13B for registering the data for the conference and prospective participants to the conference at each conference location, and checking means 16A, 16B for checking the start of the conference. The print apparatuses at each conference location collect the registered data for printing and the corresponding prospective participants to the conference to store them into memory, and print the data corresponding to the numbers of participants when the start of the conference is checked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
