<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings which can be fully opened quickly by simple operation from the outside, in an emergency, even when the opening angle of a face material is regulated at normal times. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cremorne lock 10 is unlocked via a first connecting member 35 and the regulation of the angle regulation arm 25 of a full/half opening device 20 is released via a second connecting member 36, in an emergency, only by operating an outside handle 31 for opening. By pulling the outside handle 31 toward the outside in this state, a sliding door 4 can be fully opened. Thus, the sliding door 4 can be fully opened quickly by the simple operation, and at normal times, an outward-opening window can be used as a ventilation window since the opening angle of the sliding door 4 is regulated with the full/half opening device 20.
