PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive jig for exchanging a thyristor element which can easily exchange the thyristor element in a state that a thyristor stack is laid horizontally. SOLUTION: The jig exchanges the thyristor element 103 for the thyristor stack having a laminate in which thyristor elements 101-104 and cooling fins 111-118 are laminated, and a center bolt 132 for pushing the laminate into the direction of lamination. The jig has a connecting member 50 fixed to the cooling fins 114, 115, and a connecting member 70 fixed to the cooling fins 116, 117. Furthermore, the jig has a bolt 65 and a nut 65b for keeping a space between the connecting members 50, 70 in the direction of the lamination of the laminate and bolts 61, 62 for changing the space between the connecting members 50, 70 in the direction of the lamination of the laminate.
