<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically record alcohol concentration and ingestion time and to collect history of alcohol concentration in body in time series even without expecting independence of a user by detecting a state of keeping on drinking alcohol and starting a false call termination operation in a fixed period while the user intakes alcohol. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This mobile phone terminal includes: an RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) detection part which detects an RFID tag attached to a container of an alcoholic beverage; a false call termination operation part which starts the false call termination operation according to output of the RFID detection part; an alcohol concentration measurement part which measures the alcohol concentration from expiration or sweat of the user who answers the false call termination operation; a determination part of predicted time of fall of the alcohol concentration which determines the predicted time at which the alcohol concentration falls to a predetermined value; and an output part which outputs the predicted time of fall of the alcohol concentration.
