PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-proof lever switch that is small-sized, high in rigidity and stable in tilting operation. SOLUTION: The lever switch LS includes a switch case 1 having an opened upper surface, a switch cover 2 attached to an upper surface opening of the switch case, a group of fixed contacts 3 and a movable contact body 4, housed in the switch case and an operation lever 5 deforming and operating the movable contact body. In the switch cover 2, only a part of its entire outer peripheral edge located above a lever lower part housing chamber 11 of the switch case 1 is notched into a slot-like shape. The lower part of the operation lever 5 is housed in the lever lower part housing chamber 11, a lever upper part is projected to the outside through a notch (a cover notch 22) in the switch cover 2 and a flange part 52, which is slidably inserted into a flange receive groove 14 in the lever-lower part housing chamber 11 is provided on the lower part of the operation lever 5.
