PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin film having aimed physical properties when the thin film applied on a base material is heated and fired by the irradiation of the surface of the thin film with laser beam.

SOLUTION: In a thin film applying step of applying a solution containing a thin film material 42 in a thin film state on a wall surface 30a of the base material 30, the solution in which a laser beam absorption coating material are incorporated so as to change the laser beam transmissivity of the thin film 20 according to a position in the thickness direction is applied on the wall surface 30a of the base material 30. In a heating step of firing, the thin film 20 is heated and fired by the irradiation of the surface 20a of the thin film 20 formed by the applied solution with the laser beam 65.
