PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a user's time and labor to designate the direction of a spread such as a right spread or a left spread in the case of outputting a document from document data.

SOLUTION: A document processor is provided with: an acquisition means for acquiring first document data including a plurality of page image data (51); a first detection means for detecting the page number of page image data whose image has been plotted in a first region (53) corresponding to a first edge from the first document data; a second detection means for detecting the page number of the page image data whose image has been plotted in a second region (54) corresponding to a second edge opposite to the first edge from the first document data; a decision means for deciding the direction of a spread of a document corresponding to the first document data on the basis of the detection result of the first detection means and the second detection means; and an output means for outputting second document databased on the page image data (51) corresponding to each page of the document on the basis of the decision result.
