<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress exposure change due to a brightness change of an object during imaging a moving image. <P>SOLUTION: When the brightness of an object changes, a diaphragm value and a shutter speed are changed. For an electronic shutter, the shutter speed is immediately changed. Meanwhile, the diaphragm value is driven over several frames due to a communication delay between a lens and a camera body and a mechanical delay. Since the diaphragm value does not follow a program diagram during a diaphragm driving period, exposure does not become appropriate to lower image quality. A correction factor B is calculated from a ratio of a brightness value of a prescribed area about a frame that is appropriately exposed according to the program diagram, and a frame that is inappropriately exposed due to deviation from the program diagram during the diaphragm driving period. Gain correction is performed to an image signal of the frame that is inappropriately exposed by using the correction factor B, and an output image signal obtained by suppressing image quality deterioration due to inappropriate exposure is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
