PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper processing in accordance with a moving state of a user. SOLUTION: An apparatus such as a cellular phone terminal includes: a moving context specifying part 103 for specifying moving contexts showing the types of user's moving means and moving times by the moving contexts on the basis of acceleration information during movement; a moving pattern storing part 105 for storing the moving contexts and the moving times in order of a moving path; a moving pattern setting part 104 for setting a moving context and a moving time stored in the moving pattern storing part 105 as a moving pattern to be used until the user reaches a destination; a context tag setting part 106 for setting a tag in the moving context included in the moving pattern; and a function performing part 108 for performing processing associated with the tag set in the moving context of the moving pattern representing new movement when the user performs the new movement.
