<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard musical instrument storing a keyboard cover into a lower part of a musical instrument body, to reduce the overall size of the musical instrument. <P>SOLUTION: The keyboard cover 12 has a front cover 13 for covering a front end side of a keyboard part 4 arranged in the musical instrument body 1, and a rear keyboard 14 for covering an upper side of the keyboard part 4, which are flexibly connected by a flexural connecting part 15. The keyboard cover is stored movably in the lower side of the musical instrument body 1 positioned below the keyboard part 4, by a turning support part 16 of a cover opening/closing mechanism. No space is required for storing the keyboard cover 12 in the musical instrument body 1 positioned at the rear of the keyboard part 4, so that the depth of the musical instrument body 1 is prevented from being increased even when components such as an operation switch 6, a speaker 10, circuit boards 7, 8 and a music stand 11 are installed at the rear of the keyboard part 4, and the overall size of the musical instrument is satisfactorily reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
