<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system capable of providing conversion service of dialog data with a comparatively small scaled configuration. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a conference connection server 110, a conference service part 46 to be connected to each PC group in which a conference communication session is performed is started. The conference service part 46 is substantially the same as a function part which performs dialog communication processing in the PC groups. Consequently, the conference service part 46 can receive voice data from the PC groups, and the voice data received by the conference service part 46 is transmitted to a minutes creation server 104.
