PURPOSE: A heating welder having a turning clamp is provided to improve the manufacturing accuracy of a window frame by rotating an upper and a lower clamp and securely gripping the window frame. CONSTITUTION: A heating welder having a turning clamp comprises a support bracket(10), an upper clamp, a lower clamp(130), and a blade(40,50). The support bracket is installed on a base(B) of a heating welder. The upper and the lower clamp is mounted on the upper part and the lower part of the support bracket. The blade eliminates welding burrs. The upper and the lower clamp grip two inclined window frames and welds the window frame. The lower clamp is coupled with the lower part of a support bracket and a base through a pin to be rotated. The clamp securely grips the window frame as the lower clamp is positioned closely to the bottom of the window frame by rotating the lower clamp.
