INK SUPPLY DEVICE FOR INKJET PRINTER, AND REVERSE FLOW BLOCKING DEVICE FOR SAME

An ink supply device for an inkjet printer is provided with a reverse flow blocking mechanism (200).  The reverse flow blocking mechanism (200) is provided in a line (177) which is a gas flow path for connecting a pressure control means, which regulates the pressure in a sub-tank (120),to the sub-tank (120) and regulating the pressure in the sub-tank (120) by the pressure control means.  When the pressure in the sub-tank (120) is reduced to a negative pressure by the pressure control means through the line (177) to cause ink contained in the sub-tank (120) to flow out to the line (177), the reverse flow blocking mechanism (200) closes the line (177) to block flow of the ink to the pressure control means side.
