<p>PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescence device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by arranging a sensor transistor which has a touch screen function inside an organic panel. CONSTITUTION: An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode)(E) comprises a first electrode, an organic light-emitting layer, and a second electrode. A sensor transistor(Tss) is arranged in the crossing point between a sensor data wiring and a sensor gate wiring. A sensor protection film covers the lower-part of an auxiliary wiring and the sensor transistor. A transparency connecting electrode(196) covers the side and lower-part of a first spacer. The transparency connecting electrode is connected to the second electrode and auxiliary wiring. A sensor transparent electrode(198) is connected to the sensor transistor. The sensor transparent electrode covers the side and lower-part of the second spacer.</p> |
