Use of water-soluble or water-dispersible copolymers obtained through radically-initiated polymerization of a mixture of i) 30 to 80 wt.-% of N-vinyl lactam, ii) 10 to 50 wt.-% of vinyl acetate and iii) 10 to 50 wt.-% of a polyether as a binder for the manufacture of dosing forms comprising solid active ingredients, said copolymers being conditioned in that the total of i), ii) and iii) is equal to 100 wt.-%.
