Disclosed is an information processing device that executes a process based on the result of a judgment as to whether a user has designated a position within a reference region that is set within a screen, wherein the operability for the user is improved. A designated position collection means (86) obtains the user's designated position. A judgment means (88) judges whether the designated position is contained in a reference region that is set within a screen. An execution means (90) executes a process based on the judgment result from the judgment means (88). A recording means (92) records in a past designated position data storage means past designated position data which pertains to past designated positions that have been judged to be contained in the reference region. A reference region changing means (94) changes the reference region based on the past designated position data.
