The invention comprises apparatus for sticking flat articles to sheets having vertically movable stacking table for the flat articles and a transversely movable slide attached to a vertically movable suction means adapted to raise the topmost flat article, to contact it with an adhesive applicator and to lower and press it on a sheet on a support table with simultaneous release of suction, characterized in that the suction means are mounted on the slide for pivoting around a pivot parallel to the direction of the slide movement, the slide being driven via a slide block connected to a chain or cable running over four deflecting rollers, the slide block being guided in a guide of the slide which extends at right-angles to the direction of the slide movement. The apparatus is primarily intended for sticking stiffeners to display items. |
