PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bean meat for bread using bean is provided to prevent obesity of people by replacing meat with the bean meat, and to prevent side effects due to excessive consumption of beef. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bean meat for bread using bean comprises the following steps: soaking bean in water; boiling the bean after mashing the bean with 80~100 mesh; solidifying a coagulating agent selected among vegetable oil, magnesium chloride, glycerine fatty acid, and ester and a defoaming agent; molding a coagulant with a thickness of 2~10mm; processing bean moldings with a flavoring agent. The flavoring agent comprises onions, beef powder, corn starch, sodium glutamate, fine salt, sesame oil, sugar, black pepper etc. |
