PURPOSE: A direct cooling and washing device of a high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine is provided to greatly improving productivity of products by finishing all processes with a cooling process, and to reduce energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A direct cooling and washing device of a high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine comprises the following: a preliminary tank(800) temporarily storing salt brine in a high pressure dying machine; an internal pressure shift valve(830) attached between pipes connected from the top of the preliminary tank to the high pressure dying machine; a waste liquid discharge valve(840) attached on a waste liquid discharge valve; a water detecting sensor(810) controlling opening and closing of the air circulation valve, the internal pressure shift valve, and the waste liquid discharge valve.
