METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR OFFERING A CALLER INFORMATION OF RECEIVING MISS CALL

PURPOSE: A method for offering caller information about a call which cannot be received and a system thereof are provided to offer not only catch call service information but also caller setup information to a called customer when the called customer who subscribes a catch call service cannot answer a call from a calling customer who subscribes a caller ID service. CONSTITUTION: An HLR(Home Location Register)(140) decides caller ID service subscription of a calling customer. If the calling customer subscribes to the caller ID service, the HLR extracts caller setup information of the calling customer. If a called terminal is in a state where call incoming is impossible, the HLR decides catch call service subscription of a called customer. If the called customer subscribes to the catch call service, the HLR provides the caller setup information to the caller terminal.
