PURPOSE: A user certificating device, a user certificating method, a real name certificating device, a real name certificating method, a user certificating system, and a driving method thereof are provided to certificate a user using an e-mail address verified by an authorized organization. CONSTITUTION: A user certificating method comprises the following steps: receiving posted writing and e-mail address of a user; generating bulletin board certification message using posted writing and e-mail address(S210); transmitting an e-mail address and a bulletin board certification message to a real name certificating device(S220); requesting a result which indicates that the real name of the e-mail address is certificated from an authorized organization(S230); requesting the opening of posted writing by inputting a bulletin board certification message when the real name of the e-mail address is certificated(S250); comparing a bulletin board certification message inputted by a user with a stored bulletin board certification message(S260); and opening of posted writing when two bulletin board certification messages are same(S270). |
