PROCESS OF PREPARING HETERODIMER AND ALLOY NANOCRYSTALS

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a heterodimer and an alloy nano-crystalline is provided to easily manufacture a silica nano sphere encapsulated with the heterodimer formed with a noble metal oxide nano-crystalline and a metal oxide nano-crystalline. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a heterodimer and an alloy nano-crystalline to manufacture a silica nano sphere comprises the following steps: obtaining a suspension by mixing an organic solvent and a surfactant with magnetic metal oxide nano-crystalline; forming a microemulsion system by adding a solution containing a noble metal ion complex in the suspension.; forming a nano particle in a core-shell structure containing the noble metal ion complex by adding an ammonium hydroxide solution and tetra ethyl orthosilicate; and annealing the core-shell structured nano particle in air.
