PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for two-component developer capable of maintaining stable fluidity over a long term and forming a high-quality image, and to provide an image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The toner for two-component developer (hereinafter, called as toner) is constituted by adding an additive to a toner base particle comprising at least binder resin and pigment, wherein the torque value of the toner at temperature 20°C and rotation speed 1/100(1/S) is 0.68 to 0.95 mNm. The image forming apparatus 10 comprises: development devices 11a to 14a having development containers 11c to 14c for storing a developer composed of the toner and a carrier; and toner containers 11b to 14b for storing the toner as supply toner, wherein the supply toner stored in the toner container 11b to 14b is supplied to the development containers 11c to 14c.
