A unit for balancing screw working bodies made in the form of a frame, from two ends of which vertical racks are located in parallel to each other, and includes a chuck, mounting and fastening elements. The frame is equipped with left and right cabinet bases, in the left cabinet base an electric motor with a frequency regulator and a pulley is rigidly fastened, and vertical racks are made in the form of two parallel reeds, to which are rigidly attached electronic acceleration sensors. On the top of reeds drive heads with chucks are rigidly secured: to the left rack - the left drive head and to the right rack – the right drive head, which axes are coaxial and parallel to the horizontal plane of the frame, to the left drive head an optical sensor of zero position is attached, and a frequency regulator of electric engine, the optical sensor of zero position and electronic sensors are connected to an analogue-digital converter and a computer. |
