<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damage on an electrolyte membrane caused by swelling, and expansion and contraction, and to improve durability. <P>SOLUTION: The composite electrolyte membrane includes a first electrolyte membrane 21 having proton conductivity, a second electrolyte membrane 22 having proton conductivity, wherein the second electrode membrane 22 is different in a degree of proton conductivity from the first electrolyte membrane 21, and a lubricating layer 23 having proton conductivity, arranged between the first electrolyte membrane 21 and the second electrolyte membrane 22, and reducing friction between both of the electrolyte membranes 21, 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
