PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic image support system and the program presenting quantitative information useful for detection of an abnormal site (especially of pleural abnormality). SOLUTION: A measuring curve 55 of a concentration value profile of a straight line 45 crossing a site (suspected area of abnormality) desired for quantitative analysis on a tomographic image 41, and a reference curve 54 of a concentration value profile of a normal site are expanded and contracted/moved to correspond, and then both curves are subtracted, and the result is displayed as a differential curve 56.
